My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing and connection can truly take root. I approach each client with tenderness, empathy, and deep respect for their unique story. Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help individuals and couples navigate the pain of interpersonal conflict, trauma, sexual dysfunction, and addiction.

I believe that every person holds the capacity for growth and change. My role is to help you uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, equip you with tools for emotional regulation and communication, and guide you toward lasting resolution and empowerment. Together, we will work to strengthen your emotional resilience, deepen self-understanding, and restore balance to your relationships and inner world.
