Women's Support Group

“We trade authenticity and wholeness for pragmatic and efficient,” says author Julianne Stanz, (2022). The Women’s Group carves out time to deepen, recharge, get clear, and connect. We become the authors of our lives by writing our own daring endings (Brown, 2018).

What is the narrative of your story? What kind of world do you want to see? What’s your promise to you? The Women’s Group is where oxytocin is created, connection is reignited, and compassion is embodied. By being together in a safe space, the Women’s Group is an opportunity to experience wholeness and reconnection with those who seek abundance.

Group sessions may explore understanding betrayal, acceptance, boundaries, mindfulness, self-compassion, embracing emotion, and how neuroplasticity creates space for growth.

You Must Be Enrolled With AZRI to Attend All Groups, Events & Workshops

  • 🠞  We DO NOT accept walk-ins for any of our services, groups, or events.

  • 🠞  All guests must be enrolled with the Arizona Relationship Institute first, then sign up for each individual event, group, or workshop.

  • 🠞  Groups & Events Are Subject to Availability.

  • 🠞  Guests will be placed in the the next available group or event date.

  • 🠞  Guests are not allowed to choose their preferred dates.

  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be rescheduled at any time.

  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if pre-enrollment attendance is low.

FROM HURT TO HEALING

When we experience a betrayal by our partner we can be left feeling alone. The world sees us holding it together, however inside we feel one more little thing and our world will completely shatter and fall apart.

Reaching out for support can be the hardest thing to do.

During this time make yourself and your healing a priority by attending a support group. Here you will find, there can be healing, and you do not have to walk this journey alone.

From Hurt to Healing is an open support group that will run every other week, Starting in January 13. An open support group format allows you to drop in and receive support when you need it.
