I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student intern under the supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Arizona Relationship Institute. I moved to Arizona from Montana and began working with children diagnosed with autism. I supported these children in developing emotional regulation, communication, coping, and self-advocacy skills.
Through this experience, I came to recognize that while everyone’s circumstances are different, many of us struggle with similar emotions, challenges, and questions about ourselves. This experience deepened my passion for understanding people for who they are, meeting them where they are, and learning about the unique perspectives and experiences that have shaped their lives.
I am open to working with children, teens, and adults who are seeking support and hoping to create meaningful change in their lives. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, struggling emotionally, or simply feel ready for something to change, you do not have to navigate it alone. As I continue my journey toward becoming a licensed therapist, I find myself especially drawn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Narrative approach. I believe people are more than the problems they experience, and I value each person’s autonomy in shaping their own story. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.
