Hi! I’m Brianna McBride, a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. I became a therapist because I am passionate about ensuring everyone knows their experiences—no matter how big or small—deserve to be heard and addressed. I believe that every individual’s concerns are valid, and it’s never too early or too late to seek support. I view myself as a guide and support for those navigating life’s challenges, empowering clients to discover the skills they already possess to create meaningful change in their lives.
I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, faith crisis, parent-child dysfunction, and attachment wounds in marriages. In working with couples and families, I focus on fostering better communication, ensuring that each member feels heard and cared for, and strengthening emotional connections. With individuals, I prioritize increasing self-acceptance, building self-awareness, and providing a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their feelings and experiences. My goal is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others so that you can create stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey toward understanding and growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.
