Tatiana is a bilingual (English/Spanish) current graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Tatiana creates a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She empowers each person to move at their own pace, honoring their story and their inner wisdom.
She leads with empathy, active listening, and cultural awareness, honoring each client’s lived experience. Her work centers around the power of human connection, recognizing that real healing happens not just in the mind and body, but through the safety and meaning found in relationships.
She takes a person-centered approach, shaping each session around what people truly need in that moment. While she draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT and Mindfulness, Tatiana believes healing also comes from the relationship itself, one built on trust, safety, and understanding.
Tatiana has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and generational trauma. She is passionate about guiding clients toward deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth.
