The Arizona Relationship Institute (AZRI) provides outpatient mental health counseling and therapy services. You Must Be Enrolled With AZRI to Attend All Groups, Events & Workshops

  • 🠞  We DO NOT accept walk-ins for any of our services, groups, or events.
  • 🠞  All guests must be enrolled with the Arizona Relationship Institute first, then sign up for each individual event, group, or workshop.
  • 🠞  Groups & Events Are Subject to Availability.
  • 🠞  Guests will be placed in the the next available group or event date.
  • 🠞  Guests are not allowed to choose their preferred dates.
  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be rescheduled at any time.
  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if pre-enrollment attendance is low.

Overview

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group for Adults.

Are you ready to build healthier coping skills, reduce emotional overwhelm, and feel more grounded in your daily life? Join us for a supportive 12-week DBT Skills Group designed to help you strengthen resilience, improve emotional balance, and navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.

This structured, closed-group program meets weekly via telehealth and provides a safe, encouraging space to learn and practice practical DBT skills that create real, lasting change.

Cost:

  • BCBS: $60 per session
  • Aetna: Call for details
  • Self-Pay: $65 per session
