Event & Group Therapy Information Submission Page

For Internal AZRI Staff Use Only

This is the form the AZRI Staff should use to submit their information for a group, event, or workshop. Once all the correct information has been submitted, marketing and promotion will begin immediately.

Follow the instructions below and then submit your information using the form at the bottom of the page.

The Following Information is REQUIRED for all Events & Groups:

All Info Should be Submitted Together, "All-At-Once"

The Full Title of the Event or Group

(This will be Used For Marketing & Promotion, so a More Descriptive Title Is Better).

      • GOOD = “ReinforceMEN’s Therapy: Group Therapy For Men”
      • BAD = “The Men’s Group”

A Detailed Description of the Event / Group

(Detailed information about what the group is, who the target audience of the group is, therapies or topics covered, and why people should be excited about the Group) — Writers will Re-Write the description later, so don’t worry bout being perfect. Rather, focus on providing us with the most info about the group/event so the writers can write about it accurately.

      • GOOD = “The Women’s EMDR Group is a group that teaches the skills of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and shows women how EMDR can help to heal trauma and other emotional and psychological concerns. This group is for women only, and is best suited for women who have had an introduction to EMDR.”

      • BAD = “You’ll love our women’s group. We all have a purpose and can find true happiness in ourselves. What is your purpose? Prepare to Grow and Heal with us!”
        [There are no facts or details. This tells us nothing about the group, and is vague. Does not make anyone interested in learning more].

Date and Time of the Event / Group

(Is this a recurring event? Does it recur every week? every Month? Let us know  all recurring dates and Times).

Is There A Cost For the Event?
