Daniel Larsen

My passion is to help others overcome challenges. All too often people struggle alone with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, faith crisis, and self-acceptance. For over ten years I have worked in higher education helping teens, young adults, and adults. During that time I provided academic advisement, social services, disability resources and services, and assisted high school students with early college success. Having an LDS background I have a unique perspective on those who are active members, less-active, and ex members of the church.

Through my experiences working in higher education and being trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities I will help you achieve your personal goals, overcome personal challenges, build positive relationships, and reach your full potential. I work with teens and adults overcome anxiety, depression, grief, build confidence, and develop social skills.

I offer a non-judgmental approach to helping others regardless of their values and identity.
