For over 11 years I have provided counseling in a variety of settings including residential foster homes, transitional youth programs, outpatient alcohol programs, in home individual, couple, & family therapy, tribunal, and correctional centers. I have worked with individuals ages 5 through 100. I have experience with physical & sexual trauma in both children and adults, parenting, grief, attachment disorders, couples, families, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction and recovery, Autism spectrum disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and severe mental health diagnoses. I believe that each individual has the ability to successfully reframe their thinking & behavior in order to lead a healthy and positive life. I approach each therapeutic relationship from an open minded, empathetic, honest, and direct foundation.
