Experiences with faith can be deeply meaningful—but they can also bring confusion, fear, grief, or trauma when beliefs shift or religious environments become harmful. This class provides a supportive, educational space to better understand faith crises, religious trauma, and the emotional impact they can have on individuals and families.

Led by Charmaine Fuller, LPC, this workshop offers insight, language, and tools to help you make sense of your experience while moving toward healing, clarity, and self-compassion.

What You’ll Learn:

  • What a faith crisis is and why it happens
  • Signs and symptoms of religious trauma
  • How spiritual change affects identity, relationships, and emotions
  • Tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and self-trust
  • Ways to navigate healing with compassion and safety

Who This Class Is For:
Anyone questioning their faith, processing religious trauma, or supporting a loved one through spiritual transition.
