AZRI – Event – Free Class on Internal Family Systems Therapy: Befriending Your Parts
Facilitated by Denise Stanfield

Please call or text the office at (480) 788-5069 to join the group.

Discover a compassionate, empowering way to understand yourself from the inside out. Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy teaches that we are made up of many “parts,” each with its own emotions, needs, and protective roles. This class will help you learn how to connect with these parts in a way that brings healing, clarity, and inner harmony.

Led by Denise Stanfield, LAC, this workshop introduces the foundational concepts of IFS and offers practical tools you can begin using immediately. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, self-criticism, or emotional triggers, this class helps you approach your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The core principles of IFS and why it’s so effective
  • How to identify and understand your inner “parts”
  • Ways to soothe protector parts and access your compassionate Self
  • Tools to reduce internal conflict and emotional reactivity
  • Steps to create more calm, clarity, and confidence in daily life

Who This Class Is For:
Anyone wanting to deepen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, or explore IFS in a supportive, approachable way.

By attending this public event, you consent to being filmed or recorded for use on our social media platforms.
