The Arizona Relationship Institute (AZRI) provides outpatient mental health counseling and therapy services. You Must Be Enrolled With AZRI to Attend All Groups, Events & Workshops

  • 🠞  We DO NOT accept walk-ins for any of our services, groups, or events.
  • 🠞  All guests must be enrolled with the Arizona Relationship Institute first, then sign up for each individual event, group, or workshop.
  • 🠞  Groups & Events Are Subject to Availability.
  • 🠞  Guests will be placed in the the next available group or event date.
  • 🠞  Guests are not allowed to choose their preferred dates.
  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be rescheduled at any time.
  • 🠞  Weekly Group Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if pre-enrollment attendance is low.

Men’s Telehealth Group

Overview

Connect, build coping skills, address stress, emotional challenges, and life pressures through guided discussions and shared experiences.

The Men’s Telehealth Group, led by Carla Beedy, LAC, provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for men to connect, share experiences, and build practical skills for navigating stress, emotions, relationships, and life pressures. Designed for men who may feel isolated or hesitant to seek support, this group offers community-based healing and real tools — all from the privacy of telehealth.

This group is for men who are:
• Seeking a safe, confidential, and supportive space
• Experiencing high stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Feeling isolated despite appearing “high-functioning”
• Navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or work pressure
• Wanting to break through barriers around emotional expression

Common challenges addressed:
• Anxiety, depression, and repressed emotions
• Anger, loneliness, and relationship strain
• Career stress and pressure to “hold it together”
• Reluctance to seek support due to stigma

Group focus includes:
• Shared experience and peer connection
• Emotional awareness and healthy expression
• Practical coping and stress-management tools
• Open, judgment-free dialogue around mental health and relationships

Participants can expect to gain:
• Improved stress, anger, and anxiety management
• Reduced isolation and increased connection
• Greater self-awareness and emotional insight
