Overview
A safe, supportive space for women to connect, build coping skills, and navigate stress, mental health challenges, and life transitions.
This Women’s Telehealth Group, led by Carla Beedy, LAC, offers a safe, nurturing space for adult women from all backgrounds who are seeking connection, healing, and community—all from the comfort of home. At AZRI, we believe growth happens through genuine connection, and you don’t have to do it alone.
This group is especially supportive for women who are:
- Managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm
- Navigating motherhood, caregiving, or professional life
- Healing from trauma in a gender-specific, supportive environment
- Experiencing major life transitions such as divorce, career changes, or chronic illness
Together, we focus on:
- Practical coping skills like mindfulness, healthy boundaries, and emotion regulation
- Building confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional resilience
- Creating a warm, judgment-free space to share openly and feel seen
Participants often leave with:
- Increased confidence and self-esteem
- A stronger sense of connection and belonging
- Practical tools to manage daily stress and mental health symptoms
- Healthier relationship skills
- A renewed sense of hope and momentum in their healing journey
Come as you are — you’re not alone.
